| Got It, Want It, Need It? |
I'm trying to get an associate thing going with a couple of independent stores, but it's slow. You can still go to the current store, I just think I'm going to change it soon. More money to the artists!

Scary close, like about 2 feet away from the convertible. Yikes.

Am I creatively dead inside or just being lazy?
The worst thing about being a creative person are the intermittent moments in time of not being creative. I haven't done a thing in months. Since I painted the boat. Sick. I'll have to put up a picture of the boat..I do have a request to do a Johnny Cash image of some sort so I'm starting over with that. I forced myself to do a couple of sketches the other day. They were awful. Looked nothing like him other than the swoopy hair. Terrible...

Lonely Bench & Creepy Tree
The lonely wire bench now has a friend. Creepy Tree. I want to find some barbie sized sneakers to dangle from one of the branches.

Hmm...Not much artistic going on lately. Now that I have the laptop back I'll probably be obsessed with updating for a while. Once of these days I'll find my muse again outside of cyberspace...I did make a little wire bench the other day with a wire balloon tied to it. All sad and lonely looking...I'll put a picture up soon. I'm thinking a Ferris Wheel should look good next to it... |

If you see a band on this site, chances are good that you'll find a cd or twenty in the store Got It, Want It, Need It? If it's t-shirts, clocks or prints you want to go to the Print Shop.... |

The Clash
Interesting Rolling Stone article / interview by writer Andy Greene about how Rock The Casbah was conceived (if you like that sort of thing). Includes audio of the interview with drummer Topper Headon.

I've never heard a Buddy Holly cover that I love more than the original until I heard Serena Ryder do it.

Miles Davis
The first time I listened to Ascenseur Pour L'échaufaud I thought I discovered what Heroin would feel like. Ironically, Miles Davis was a heroin addict. |
